How far in pregnancy should I be?
This series is appropriate for all trimesters of pregnancy, unless told otherwise by your midwife or OBGYN.
Can I view on phone and computer?
Yes! Our videos are optimized for phone and computer visibility so you can access on the go wherever you are. PDFs can be downloaded to your phone or computer as well.
Can my other kids be present when I take the classes?
Yes! All videos use language that is appropriate for little ears — no vulgar words here!
Why four weeks?
It takes 4 weeks for true muscle change to occur. Thus, four videos helps us make a change in the way your muscles and joints are supporting your body in pregnancy!
I’m in pain, can I take the classes?
Many women report feeling less pain and discomfort following these yoga classes! That being said, check with your individual provider to ensure prenatal yoga is right for you if you are in active pain. Dr. Kayla offers 1:1 appointments and can help you determine this, too.
