module 2: Nutrition for Fertility
Learn how to support generational health with Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and fertility specialist Alyssa Broadwater, RD. Don’t waste time googling for answers! Alyssa gives us the building blocks for supporting a healthy conception & pregnancy from the start.
module 3: Reducing Toxin Load
Creating a healthy environment is imperative to sustainable hormone health (which is needed for optimal conception!). Learn practical, smart swaps without having to scour Pinterest or Instagram on the latest brands. We’ve got a downloadable PDF just for you & educational videos to go along with it.
module 4: Exercising to Support Healthy Hormones
Pre/Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist & Physical Therapist Dr. Kayla Borchers, PT, DPT, PCES will guide you through exercising with your cycle to support hormone health & maximize fertility with the optimal level of exercise intensity for you.
module 5: Functional Medicine to Support your Journey
Learn the impact of inflammation, hormones & gut health on fertility with Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner Angie Scala, NP. Angie gives us the science behind finding the root-cause of symptoms & how to dive deeper into common causes of fertility struggles.

Who is this program for?
This 6 week course is optimal for any woman in her 20’s or 30’s who is seeking to optimize conception health and fertility. You do not need to be actively trying in order to benefit from this course! In fact, we recommend taking this course at least 3 months ahead of trying to conceive to optimize the impact.
Do I have to be Trying To Conceive to benefit from this course?
Nope! Since it can take months to years to regulate hormones, beginning your journey now will benefit your current wellness and promote optimal fertility in the future. I began my own journey when in college and kiddos were not on my mind for another 8+ years! I am so grateful for the work I put in then to set myself up for future success.
Can I view on phone and computer?
Yes! Our videos are optimized for phone and computer visibility so you can access on the go wherever you are. PDFs can be downloaded to your phone or computer as well.
Why 6 weeks?
It takes 4 to 6 weeks to notice the effects of food and movement on our bodies. These are two major areas we will be unpacking! We will also deep-dive into creating a healthy environment by reducing toxin and stress load, both of which take time to unpack. We want you to feel supported along this journey, thus 6 weeks of guided educational videos & downloadable PDF content felt right!
